CLIENT SEARCH OPTIONS

In our efforts to satisfy our client needs, we at Management Recruiters of New Bern offer a menu of options.  You the client, choose the type of service that best suits your needs, with the level of commitment that is comfortable for you.

PLATINUM - RETAINED

In this Priority Search option, we will commit to devote 100% of our time to your assignment.  We will work as a team, where we function as an extension of your HR department.  This search is generally used for senior level management positions, or multiple openings.  On multiple openings, we will assign a project coordinator or even a project team to work only on your project. 

The candidates we refer to you will be qualified for the job and be willing to make a commitment to you now.  We will not refer these candidates to any other companies unless you choose to pass on them.  This Priority Search option requires a retainer fee of 1/3, which will be applied to the fee involved in the search.  The second 1/3 is paid at the time of the first interview and the final 1/3 is paid upon hiring the successful candidate.

In any 12-month period, the fee shall be 30% of the estimated first year’s salary for the first two placements, 28% for the next two, and 25% per placement thereafter.  If we cannot supply qualified candidates to your satisfaction, the retainer fee will be refunded.  During this search, should you surface candidates from other sources, we will screen them for you, and if you hire them, you would owe us only the original one-third fee. We also offer a replacement guarantee of 6 months.

This level of search guarantees you a 100% success rate.

GOLD - ENGAGED

In this search option, an executive dedicates 50% of their time to meeting your needs.  You are given exclusivity to all candidates.  This option requires an engagement fee of $5,000.00 which will be applied to the fee involved.

In any 12-month period, the fee shall be 30% of the estimated first year’s salary for the first two placements, 28% for the next two, and 25% per placement thereafter.  If we cannot supply qualified candidates to your satisfaction, the engaged fee will be refunded.  During this search, should you surface candidates from other sources, we will screen them for you, and if you hire them, you would owe us only the original engagement fee.  We also offer a replacement guarantee of  3 months.

SILVER - CONTINGENCY

While engaged in searches for Level One and Level Two assignments, we will refer to you candidates these companies have already passed on.  We will be presenting these candidates to other companies as well.  This is the method most recruiters use, and the success rate averages about 10%.  The standard fee applies again.  Our response time at this level can vary greatly, as we cannot predict when a candidate may surface that fits your particular opening.

BRONZE - CONTRACT

We also offer contract staffing to complement our permanent placement options.  This service allows our clients to quickly fill unexpected vacancies in their staff such as injury, maternity, travel, sabbaticals, vacation etc.  We assume 100% of the risk and liability of the candidate.  Our back office will handle all benefits, taxes, time cards and payroll for the candidates.  Contract staffing is also a great way to import specific knowledge or skills to your team without having to budget for a permanent placement.  It is also a solution to head count limitations and hiring freezes to get things accomplished that can’t be left undone.  To find out more about our contract staffing service including pricing, please call us at 888.767.9772.
